Scheduler (Bilingual, English/Spanish)

Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Bilingual Scheduler to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating appointments, managing schedules, and communicating effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking clients. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for clients and staff
  • Communicate with clients by phone and email in both English and Spanish
  • Manage multiple calendars (EMR system) and coordinate provider/staff availability
  • Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications
  • Maintain accurate client records and scheduling information
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
  • Previous scheduling, administrative, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
