This is a great fit for someone with strong customer service experience, great communication skills, and a track record of reliability. You’ll play a key role supporting installers, customers, and store teams in a fast-paced construction service environment.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule customer measures and installations.
• Coordinate between installers, managers, customers, and retail partners to resolve job-site issues quickly and professionally.
• Field calls and emails from customers and store associates, providing prompt, helpful assistance.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Excellent communication skills: You’ll represent our company with professionalism and warmth in every interaction. Clear, friendly phone and email communication is essential.
• Strong organization & independence: This is a fast-paced role with little direct supervision. You’ll need to manage your time well and keep tasks on track.
• Tech savvy: You’re comfortable navigating multiple systems, managing email efficiently, and using tools like Microsoft Office, PDF editors, and online portals.
• Remote work readiness: You have a quiet, dedicated workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and can stay focused without distractions.

Preferred Background

• Prior experience in construction, home improvement, or logistics is a plus—but not required.
• Strong tenure and reliability in past roles is key.
• Proven success in customer service environments.
