Scheduler Dispatcher

Job Overview

Responsible for overseeing all trips from initial contact through completion of transport including tracking, reporting, and invoicing. Duties

• Develop and maintain daily transportation schedules using transportation management systems Trip Master.
• Ensure exceptional communication with drivers, customers, and other personnel.
• Provide customers with information on the estimated pick-ups and drop-offs and company policies.

Minimum Requirements

Must be 18 years of age with valid Ohio Driver's License. Must have and maintain a clean driving record and successfully pass criminal and background checks. Formal education in arithmetic, including addition and subtraction, and reading and writing common English vocabulary. Please submit a resume
