What You’ll Do:

• Craft the Calendar: Create and manage monthly schedules for our amazing nursing and care team.

• Problem Solve: Handle call-offs and shift changes with grace and a "can-do" attitude.

• Collaborate: Work closely with the PCH leadership to ensure high-quality care through smart staffing.

• Communicate: Keep the team informed, inspired, and on track!

What You Bring to the Table:

• Industry Expert: Required experience working specifically within Senior Living, Personal Care (PCH), or Assisted Living (ALF) environments.

• The "Organization Bug": You live for a well-kept calendar and a tidy plan.
