Job Title: Scheduler / Planner

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in project planning/scheduling preferably in third-party inspection, training, industrial services, construction, or similar environments.

3. Proficient in MS Office tools and advanced Excel; familiarity with scheduling software is preferred.

4. Experience with resource loading, manpower histograms, and earned value analysis is a plus.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication.

6. Ability to coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams; capable of handling multiple schedules and tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules using appropriate planning tools.

2. Coordinate closely with inspection, training, and operations teams to track progress and ensure schedule accuracy

3. Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies in schedules recommend and implement corrective actions where needed

4. Liaise with clients to propose schedules, confirm availability, and manage rescheduling of inspections and training activities

5. Prepare resource loading charts and manpower histograms for project planning and leveling

6. Generate and distribute weekly and monthly progress reports and dashboards to internal and external stakeholders.

7. Ensure all planning activities adhere to company procedures and project-specific requirements; maintain and update schedule baselines.

8. Support project change control processes and integrate schedules with cost, scope, and risk management.
