Scheduler/Customer Service

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure excellent customer service. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, processing orders, communicating delivery updates, and working closely with drivers and internal teams to keep operations running efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure overall satisfaction
  • Process and schedule incoming purchase orders and driver runs with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinate and manage daily scheduling to support efficient operations
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with drivers as needed
  • Cross-train with dispatch to provide coverage and support operational gaps when necessary
  • Monitor and adjust schedules based on changing conditions or priorities
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, orders and scheduling updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, logistics or dispatch preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling or order management systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
