About Bio-Care Services Inc.

Bio-Care Services Inc. is not your average healthcare company.

We are a growing, high-performing mobile phlebotomy company serving patients, healthcare providers, laboratories, nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and medical partners throughout the region. Our team brings professional blood collection services directly to patients who need care at home, in facilities, or in other healthcare settings.

Our work matters because behind every appointment is a real patient, a real family, a real provider, and a real lab result that may impact someone’s care.

We are building a company that is organized, technology-driven, patient-focused, and committed to raising the standard for mobile healthcare services. We move fast, we communicate clearly, we hold ourselves accountable, and we take pride in doing the job the right way.

If you are looking for a quiet office job where you can just “clock in and clock out,” this is not the position for you.

If you are organized, bilingual, reliable, calm under pressure, and want to be part of a company that is growing and making a real difference in healthcare, this may be the right opportunity.

Position Overview

Bio-Care Services Inc. is seeking a bilingual Scheduling Coordinator for our Mobile Phlebotomy Department.

This person will be responsible for helping coordinate daily mobile phlebotomy routes, scheduling patient appointments, communicating with staff, tracking attendance, monitoring lateness and call-outs, updating records, and helping ensure that our patients and clients receive reliable service.

This position requires someone who can think clearly, communicate professionally, stay organized, and handle pressure without falling apart. In mobile healthcare, schedules change, patients call, staff need updates, clients need answers, and management needs accurate information. We need someone who can help keep the department moving.

The right person will be trained, supported, and given an opportunity to grow with the company.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Perform accurate high-volume data entry into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
  • Enter patient, appointment, and scheduling information correctly and efficiently
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and helpful manner
  • Make outgoing calls to assist with scheduling and appointment confirmations
  • Confirm patient appointments and basic appointment details
  • Route calls to the appropriate department or team member when needed
  • Maintain clear and accurate notes related to scheduling updates and patient communication
  • Keep records organized, updated, and easy to review
  • Follow company privacy and confidentiality standards at all times
  • Show willingness to learn and grow into additional responsibilities over time

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is not just “good on the phone.” We need someone who is sharp, reliable, respectful, and able to handle real responsibility.

The ideal candidate should be:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Professional on the phone and in written communication
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Excel
  • Able to multitask without losing accuracy
  • Calm under pressure
  • Patient, respectful, and compassionate
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to follow instructions and complete tasks without constant reminders
  • Willing to learn and help wherever needed
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Previous healthcare scheduling, dispatching, customer service, medical office, or coordinator experience is preferred, but the right attitude and work ethic matter.

Important Expectations

This role requires accountability.

Patients depend on us. Clients depend on us. Our mobile phlebotomists depend on accurate schedules and clear communication. Management depends on correct information.

For that reason, this position requires someone who takes the job seriously, pays attention to details, communicates clearly, and understands that small mistakes in healthcare operations can create big problems.

Weekend work is not the normal daily schedule, but weekend availability is required when business needs arise. If weekend coverage is needed, the team member may be asked to assist.

Why Join Bio-Care Services Inc.?

At Bio-Care Services Inc., you are not just joining a company. You are joining a mission.

Many of our patients are elderly, homebound, disabled, medically fragile, hard to draw, or unable to easily travel to a lab. Our work helps make healthcare more accessible, more compassionate, and more convenient.

You will be joining a company that is growing, improving, investing in systems, and building a stronger future.

We offer:

  • Full-time schedule
  • Training and mentorship
  • Growth opportunities

  • Supportive team environment
