Altamira is a full-service home medical equipment provider specializing in providing home accessibility equipment, including stair lifts, scooter lifts, ramps, patient lifts, and wheelchair lifts for the elderly and disabled.

Job Type: Part Time (20-30 hours per week)

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

We are seeking a Part-time Scheduling Assistant/Dispatcher to join our client services team in Pittsburgh, PA. The Scheduling Assistant/Dispatcher supports the daily coordination of field technicians by managing installation and service schedules, confirming appointments, and assisting with route efficiency. This role helps ensure customers receive timely service and works closely with technicians, customer service staff, and management to maintain an organized, efficient schedule and to respond quickly to changes in the field.

1. High School diploma or equivalent required.

2. Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities with time-sensitive schedules required.

3. Effective interpersonal, time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail required.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication.

5. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

6. Basic computer proficiency (Salesforce CRM, spreadsheets, Google Calendar, scheduling software) experience required.

7. Experience in dispatching or service scheduling required.

8. Experience supporting field service teams required.
