I. MISSION
The Scheduling Coordinator (SC) plays a critical role in delivering a seamless and proactive client experience at TAG. This individual is responsible for managing the end-to-end scheduling of client meetings across advisors, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with internal workflows. Future role expansion includes internal coordination and support.

II. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
This role goes beyond calendar management—it owns the client meeting engine of the firm, ensuring meetings are scheduled efficiently, workflows are triggered correctly, and both clients and internal teams are set up for success.
Proactive Client Meeting Scheduling
· Own scheduling of all client review meetings across multiple advisors
· Manage and execute on review cadence
· Balance advisor calendars to optimize capacity and flow
End-to-End Meeting Coordination
· Schedule meetings (virtual, phone, in-person)
· Send confirmations, calendar invites, and reminders
· Ensure all meeting details are accurate and complete in CRM (Wealthbox)
· Manage reschedules efficiently and professionally
Client Communication
· Serve as a professional and friendly point of contact for scheduling
· Communicate clearly and confidently with clients
· Maintain firm and respectful boundaries when offering availability
· Deliver a polished, TAG-aligned client experience in every interaction
III. POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Experience and Education:
· A bachelor’s degree and/or related work experience is preferred
· Ideally 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, scheduling, or client service
· Experience working with CRM systems (Wealthbox or similar) preferred
· Marketing support / social media experience a plus
Skills and Knowledge:
· Demonstrates personal integrity, honesty and can deal with confidential information daily
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced office environment
· Excellent time management and strong organizational skills
· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and systems
· Able to anticipate potential problems, working always towards a solution
· Process orientated and thrives in structured, repeatable systems
Compensation
· $50,000 – $60,000 base salary plus bonuses and benefits
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
