BIO-CARE SERVICES INC is looking to hire a caring and compassionate Scheduling Coordinator for our Mobile Phlebotomy department to create and maintain staff schedules, track attendance, monitor lateness and absences, minimize overtime, and provide reports to management related to productive and non-productive hours. The primary purpose of the job position is to coordinate the scheduling of clients.

We are specifically looking for a bilingual person. The person should have a positive attitude and a willingness to help in whatever is needed.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a schedule of all services per month.
• Communicate with the staff daily regarding scheduling, availability, attendance, and assignment.
• Manage telephone calls in a supportive, reassuring manner for patients, families, physicians, and others.
• Document all notes and updates.
• Keep all electronic records up-to-date, and in strict compliance with agency policy and regulations.
• Keep ongoing communication with clients for updating records and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
• Weekly Microsoft spreadsheet containing count of completed mobile phlebotomy service patients.
• Report all incidents to immediate supervisor.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy with dignity and respect.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Skills:

• Must be fluent in conversational English/Spanish
• Previous Healthcare Coordinator experience is preferred
• Strong phone customer service skills
• Proficient computer skills( Excel spreadsheet)
• Organizational Skills
• Patience and the ability to handle pressure and deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
