Scheduling Coordinator

AT HOME CARE SOLUTIONS is hiring!

We are seeking experienced Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator for our non-skilled home care agency located in Altamonte Springs, FL. Our ideal candidate must have experience with scheduling in a long term care setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop a daily schedule for all shifts in HHAeXchange.
• Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accuracy of employee’s pay.
• Process on-boarding enrollment for new hires for HHA, and C.N.A.
• Responsible for monthly schedule production
• Day to day staffing coordination
• Staffing, tracking and follow-ups which ensure services are provided as scheduled
• Maintain and update scheduling database
• Update staff with schedules and associated changes
• Communicate with all HHA, CNA's, case managers, administrator and families in a positive and friendly manner
• Recruit and advertise for HHA, and C.N.A.'s
• On-call once a month to coverage shifts for call outs.

Requirements:

• MUST SPEAK BOTH FLUENT SPANISH and ENGLISH.
• Staffing/scheduling experience highly preferred
• LTC experience highly preferred
• Good knowledge in MS Office, Excel, and data entry
• Compassionate and able to handle stress
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
