Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Scheduling Coordinator to oversee the planning and coordination of residential door and window installation projects. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences. Your proactive approach will help optimize scheduling workflows, manage resources effectively, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic construction environment dedicated to quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position based in our South Amboy office.

Duties

• Coordinate and schedule door installation appointments with homeowners and installation teams.
• Communicate with customers to confirm details, timelines, and any special requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and project timelines.
• Collaborate with installers and project managers to optimize scheduling efficiency.
• Handle rescheduling and resolve any conflicts promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Previous experience in home improvement or construction scheduling is a plus.
