Scheduling & Hiring Manager

Pay: $20–$21/hr | Full-Time | Experience Required: 2+ years

Oghosa Homecare & Transportation Services LLC is seeking an experienced Scheduling & Hiring Manager to manage staff scheduling, hiring, and compliance. This position is responsible for ensuring all shifts are covered, coordinating interviews and onboarding, completing BCI background checks, verifying references, and ensuring all employee files are accurate and audit-ready.

Responsibilities include: scheduling coverage, handling call-offs, hiring and onboarding staff, tracking certifications and training requirements, maintaining complete employee files, and ensuring all documentation is current for audits and compliance.

Requirements: minimum 2 years of experience in scheduling and staffing, strong organizational skills, experience with file management and compliance documentation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Previous administrative experience preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Education:
