What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily and weekly scheduling of field teams
- Optimize routes and job assignments for efficiency and profitability
- Manage last-minute changes, call-offs, and scheduling conflicts
- Monitor performance metrics and job completion times
- Coordinate with sales, office staff, and field leadership
- Maintain accurate scheduling data in CRM and software systems
- Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows
- Lead and coach team members on performance and time management
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years in scheduling, operations, or workforce coordination
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- Ability to make decisions in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience with CRM and scheduling software
- High attention to detail and accountability
