About the Role

We’re seeking a Scheduling & Planning Manager to join our growing remote team.
In this role, you’ll use UnlockLand’s proprietary scheduling and forecasting tools — integrated with AI, BIM, and financial data — to drive executional precision across our real estate and infrastructure portfolio.

You’ll develop project schedules from the ground up, maintain live baselines, and lead data-driven performance reporting for complex, mission-critical projects nationwide.

This is a remote role with occasional travel for team summits or site collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Develop AI-integrated project schedules from concept to delivery using UnlockLand’s analytics engine and Primavera P6.
• Manage schedule baselines and performance — tracking earned value, resource allocation, and forecast variances.
• Automate reporting — build real-time dashboards for critical path, cash flow, and risk tracking using UnlockLand’s data intelligence tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, engineers, investors, and data scientists to align schedule logic with business strategy.
• Conduct network logic validation to ensure accurate dependencies, float calculations, and sequencing integrity.
• Prepare monthly executive insights — translating project data into investor-ready narratives and visual reports.
• Enhance automation by testing and refining scheduling AI models and proposing process improvements.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
• 6–10 years of experience in construction scheduling, project planning, or project controls, ideally with industrial or data center projects.
• Expertise in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel; exposure to AI, BIM, or data visualization platforms preferred.
• Strong command of cost/resource loading, baseline management, and earned value analysis.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable thriving in a fully remote, high-accountability culture.
• Ability to travel occasionally for major project milestones or team gatherings.
