Description

Responsibilities:

Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments in support of FST’s Transportation Division
Handle inbound calls from customers regarding various delivery questions and communicate promptly with Consignees and customers in response to potential transit delays
You will meet and exceed productivity goals for operations to minimize miles, maximize volume, and reduce costs
Maintain timely updates in freight movement system by actively entering pick-up and delivery data as well as maintain client relationships with suppliers and customers
You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST

Requirements:

Strong computer skills and excellent data entry
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and stay organized; quickly switching from task to task

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
1+ years’ experience in an office environment with computer and phone etiquette
