Job Description

Assists patients by determining needs, scheduling, or cancelling appointments or referring to the correct staff person.

Maintains and updates schedule of KCC providers’ availability.

Maintains contact with patients, notifying them of any scheduling changes.

Codes information and updating files and databases. Reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Maintains files and scheduling databases by updating and purging as necessary.

Responds to inquiries on policies and procedures and/or refers questioners to correct staff person.

Handles any necessary arrangements for patient utilization e.g. pulling records, determining needs, scheduling pre-examination tests, ensuring necessary equipment or supplies are available.

All pre-authorization approvals before patient visits.

Participate in individual & Group projects as directed by management.

Requirements
Work Experience:
-
3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, preferred Medical Billing.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a well reputed institute.

$400 - $500
