School Administrative & Operations Assistant

Job Description

AHB Community School (http://www.ahbcs.org), a small, independent K-8 school in Central Austin, is seeking a multi-faceted team-player to join us in for the 2026-27 school year.

This is a unique, school-year-based role designed for an organized, proactive professional who enjoys a mix of office administration, light facility upkeep, and direct student interaction.

The ideal candidate possesses a "see a need, fill a need" mindset—someone who can pivot seamlessly from working on a spreadsheet to greet a prospective parent or help a student find a water bottle, or who will tidy the hallway on the way to monitor a lively playground.

Why AHB?
