Admin Executive (Female candidate only)

Location: Stellar World School – Goregaon Campus

Full-time | Immediate Joining Preferred

Responsibilities:

• Maintain all school documentation per regulatory guidelines and audit-readiness standards.
• Act as a liaison between the school and external stakeholders including parents, vendors, and local authorities
• Documentation, data entry, and record management
• Coordinating school operations, events, and vendors

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Graduate with 1–3 years of admin experience (school experience preferred)
• Excellent communication skills & proficiency in Google Suite
• Working knowledge of Indian education regulations; familiarity with IB framework is a plus.
