Job Summary
Part-Time (Temporary)

We are seeking high energy, enthusiastic and dedicated 21+ yrs old to join our team for an engaging summer camp experience. As a Camp Counselor, you will be responsible for creating a safe and fun. You will lead activities, provide guidance, and work closely with other Staff.

Duties

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children during various activities.
• Plan and lead engaging activities such as arts and crafts, science, math, sports, games.
• Foster a positive camp atmosphere by encouraging participation and inclusivity among all campers.
• Provide support to children and Staff.
• Maintain open communication with Office and Co-workers.
• Assist in the setup and cleanup of activities, ensuring all materials are organized and available.

Skills

• Strong background working with children.
• Driver's License
• Ability to manage a classroom effectively, ensuring that all children feel included and engaged.
• Experience in tutoring or mentoring children to enhance their learning experiences.
• Skills in sports coaching or leading physical activities to promote health and teamwork among children.
• Excellent behavior management skills to address challenges positively and constructively.
• Flexibility

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
