School-Age Teacher - Split Shift/Bus Driver
We have opportunities for qualified, fun loving teachers with the capability to operate a bus for our children at our schools.
You MUST have a minimum of 6 months in a group child care facility and be 23 years of age in order to be considered.
Job Qualifications:
- Ability to relate positively with young children.
- Previous teaching or assistant teaching position with a public or private school system, a quality preschool, child care center is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to drive school bus to transport children to and from school.
- Must have clean driving record for the last five years.
- Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
- Between 23-69 years of age.
- Must be first aid and child/adult CPR certified
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and sit for prolong periods of time.
- Be able to commit to a split shift schedule.
Education Requirements:
- Preferred Current CDA; OR
- Current and active enrollment in an accredited Associates or Bachelor’s degree program; OR
- High School Diploma or Equivalent with minimum 1 year teaching experience.
