We are seeking a compassionate, data-driven, and collaborative Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) to provide behavioral services within a school setting. This position offers the opportunity to directly support students, empower educators, and make measurable changes in academic and behavioral outcomes.

What You will Do
· Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
· Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
· Provide classroom-based behavioral consultation
· Train teachers and paraprofessionals on behavioral strategies
· Participate in IEP meetings
· Analyze behavioral data and track student progress
· Support crisis intervention planning when needed
What We are Looking For
· Active BCBA certification
· Tennessee LBA license (or license eligibility)
· Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
· Experience working with children or adolescents
· Strong collaboration and communication skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
