Job Purpose
The School Correspondent is responsible for overall supervision, coordination, and development of existing school branches and for the initiation, setup, and operational readiness of new school branches across assigned zones. The role also includes business development, regulatory coordination, and ensuring academic and administrative standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities1. Branch Management & Operations
· Oversee day-to-day functioning of existing school branches across zones.
· Ensure compliance with management policies, academic standards, and statutory requirements.
· Monitor performance of Principals, administrative staff, and support teams.
· Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and review meetings.
· Resolve operational, administrative, and parent-related issues escalated from branches.
2. New School Setup & Expansion
· Identify potential locations for new school branches in coordination with management.
· Lead end-to-end setup of new branches including:
o Infrastructure readiness
o Staffing and recruitment support
o Academic framework implementation
o Administrative systems and processes
· Coordinate with government departments for permissions, approvals, and affiliations.
· Ensure timely launch of new branches as per approved timelines.
3. Business Development & Growth
· Develop and execute strategies for student admissions growth across branches.
· Plan and monitor marketing, outreach, and promotional activities.
· Build relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and education bodies.
· Analyze market trends, competition, and feasibility for expansion.
· Support fee structure planning and revenue optimization.
4. Academic & Quality Assurance
· Ensure consistent academic standards across all branches.
· Review curriculum implementation, teaching quality, and student outcomes.
· Coordinate with academic heads for teacher training and development.
· Promote best practices and continuous improvement across schools.
5. Financial & Administrative Oversight
· Monitor branch-wise budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
· Ensure effective utilization of resources and cost controls.
· Coordinate with accounts and HR teams for payroll, staffing, and compliance.
· Review vendor contracts, infrastructure maintenance, and service quality.
6. Compliance & Governance
· Ensure adherence to education board norms, government regulations, and safety standards.
· Maintain documentation related to school recognition, affiliation, and inspections.
· Act as liaison between school management and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications & Experience

· Minimum 8–15 years of experience in school management, educational administration, or institutional leadership
· Prior experience in multi-branch school operations or school expansion is highly desirable
