School Counsellor

School Job Description:

The School Counselor supports students’ academic, social-emotional, and career development. This role involves providing individual and group counseling, collaborating with teachers and families, and implementing comprehensive counseling programs that promote student success and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students on academic, behavioral, social, and emotional concerns
• Develop intervention plans and make referrals to outside services when necessary
• Maintain accurate student records and counseling documentation
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate counseling programs and student outcome.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Qualifications & Skills
• Master’s degree in psychology.
• Knowledge of child and adolescent development.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• School Experience required.
• profession in English required.
