About the role

This role is pivotal in empowering schools across the country to deliver Cambridge programmes effectively while meeting international standards. It involves working closely with teams and schools to identify unique needs, provide tailored resources, and develop strategies that drive educational excellence and compliance.

The role requires a strong focus on analysis and continuous improvement, using data-driven insights to enhance processes, address service delivery gaps, and recommend innovative solutions. By overseeing quality assurance measures and conducting regular evaluations, the role ensures that schools maintain high standards of performance and programme delivery.

Collaboration is at the core of this position, fostering alignment across regional teams and providing consistent, responsive support to schools. Balancing immediate operational priorities with long-term strategic planning, the role aims to adapt to evolving educational demands, foster innovation, and enhance the effectiveness of Cambridge's support systems on a national scale.


About you

You should hold a degree-level qualification and possess an understanding of Cambridge International Education, including its programmes, qualifications, and competitors' offerings.

You are a strategic and solutions-oriented professional with a proven ability to enable schools in achieving their educational goals while maintaining compliance with international standards. Your expertise lies in identifying and addressing unique institutional needs, analysing data to drive continuous improvement, and implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

With strong skills in quality assurance and monitoring, you excel at evaluating performance, providing actionable feedback, and fostering sustained excellence. A natural collaborator, you work seamlessly with regional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment in operations and responsiveness to evolving educational demands.

Your adaptability, combined with a commitment to innovation and strategic planning, positions you as a key contributor to empowering schools and elevating their delivery of Cambridge programmes on a national scale.

Required Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and business development experience in international education.
  • Confident communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with senior-level customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu, both written and oral.
