Roles and Responsibilities
1. Administrative Management
- Oversee and coordinate all school administrative operations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national education policies and regulations.
- Manage the school calendar, including holidays, parent-teacher conferences, exams, and other key events.
- Maintain student and staff records, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
- Oversee admissions, enrollment, and student registration processes.
2. Facility and Resource Management
- Ensure the school building, classrooms, and grounds are well-maintained, clean, and safe.
- Work with maintenance teams for the upkeep of facilities (e.g., repairs, renovations, security measures).
- Oversee inventory management for school supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Coordinate logistics for events such as sports, cultural programs, and examinations.
3. Financial Management
- Prepare and manage the school’s operational budget, ensuring that expenses stay within approved limits.
- Manage school contracts with vendors, including catering, transportation, and security services.
- Monitor cash flow, process invoices, and manage billing for extracurricular activities, school trips, etc.
- Work closely with the finance department on payroll, financial planning, and purchasing.
4. Human Resources and Staffing
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of non-academic staff.
- Manage the performance appraisal process for administrative and support staff.
- Develop and implement policies for staff leave, attendance, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure staff compliance with school policies and regulations.
- Foster a positive working environment and handle conflict resolution between staff members.
5. Health, Safety, and Compliance
- Ensure the school is compliant with health and safety regulations, such as fire safety, first aid, and sanitation.
- Organize safety drills and ensure the readiness of safety equipment.
- Develop policies for student welfare and ensure the implementation of health and safety programs.
- Monitor security measures to safeguard students and staff.
6. Communication and Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between the school and external parties, including parents, vendors, and government authorities.
- Facilitate effective communication between academic and non-academic departments.
- Coordinate meetings, including administrative meetings, staff meetings, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Handle escalations from parents or staff and provide resolutions.
7. Strategic Planning and Improvement
- Collaborate with the school leadership team to develop strategic goals and objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency and implement solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on school operations and performance metrics for school leadership.
- Support in the long-term planning of resources, facilities, and staff development.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of educational regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹17,065.66 - ₹62,228.63 per month
