Key Responsibilities Lead the school’s vision, mission, and strategic direction to deliver outstanding academic and pastoral outcomes. Oversee the implementation and evaluation of the curriculum to ensure alignment with KHDA standards. Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing leadership and teaching team. Foster strong relationships with parents, the governing body, and the wider community. Uphold rigorous standards of safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion. Drive innovation in teaching, technology integration, and co-curricular development. Represent the school with distinction within Dubai’s competitive education landscape. Qualifications & Experience Master’s Degree in Education or Educational Leadership required. PhD or Doctorate preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in education, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Head of School / Principal / Vice Principal). Demonstrated success in managing academic programs and leading school improvement initiatives. Strong understanding of KHDA inspections, UAE education compliance, and international school operations. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
