School Principal

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Lesson Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the school’s academic calendar and curriculum standards.
• ​Instruction: Deliver engaging lectures using modern pedagogical tools (Smart Boards, multimedia) to cater to diverse learning styles.
• ​Assessment: Design, conduct, and grade monthly tests, mid-term, and final examinations. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
• ​Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined and positive classroom environment in accordance with the school’s code of conduct.
• ​Parent Communication: Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to discuss student progress, behavioral issues, and academic growth.
• ​Professional Development: Attend workshops and training sessions to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies.

​Requirements & Qualifications

• ​Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject from an HEC-recognized university. A B.Ed or M.Ed is highly preferred.
• ​Experience: 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputable school in Karachi. Experience with O-Level/A-Level tracks is a plus.
• ​Skills:
• ​Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• ​Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• ​Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• ​Attributes: Punctual, empathetic, and passionate about student development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
