School Principal (KG & Primary) – British Curriculum

A newly established British curriculum school, set to launch in September, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead its Kindergarten and Primary sections from inception. This is a unique opportunity for an educational leader who is passionate about early years and primary education, committed to high academic standards, and capable of building a strong school culture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership aligned with the British curriculum framework
• Oversee the setup and daily operations of KG and Primary divisions
• Establish high standards of teaching, learning, and student development
• Recruit, lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and regulatory authorities
• Drive school development, policies, and systems from inception

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Education
• Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience in a British curriculum school
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and UK Primary frameworks
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
