✅ Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW or equivalent)
• Current D.C. Social Work license (LGSW or LICSW)
• Experience working in a K-12 school setting strongly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and advocacy skills

Role Highlights

• Provide direct and indirect support to students, families, and school staff
• Develop intervention strategies and case management plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student well-being
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide related services as needed
• Support a culturally responsive and trauma-informed school environment
