School Teacher cum Boys Hostel Warden

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Teacher cum Hostel Warden for our Boys’ Hostel. The ideal candidate will be passionate about guiding and mentoring students, maintaining discipline, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the hostel.

Key Responsibilities

• Take daily hostel attendance and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor students’ well-being and provide mentorship and support.
• Conduct classes/tutorials for hostel students, focusing on homework completion and academic improvement.
• Ensure discipline, safety, and adherence to hostel rules & regulations.
• Oversee hostel cleanliness, hygiene, and laundry management.
• Communicate with parents regarding students’ behavior, health, and academics.
• Create a supportive environment that fosters personal growth, responsibility, and mutual respect among students.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Teaching qualification preferred).
• Prior experience in teaching and/or hostel management is desirable.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to maintain discipline while being approachable and empathetic.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to stay on campus and be available for students round the clock.
