Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day school transport operations for all 5 CBSE schools.
  • Manage and monitor a fleet of school buses, drivers, and transport staff.
  • Plan and optimize bus routes, pickup and drop schedules for students and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with RTO norms, vehicle maintenance, and school transport safety standards.
  • Coordinate with school principals, parents, and transport vendors.
  • Maintain transport records, driver documentation, and GPS tracking reports.
  • Handle emergencies, accidents, and student safety concerns promptly.
  • Implement and monitor transport policies as per CBSE and local transport guidelines.
  • Manage transport budgeting, fuel consumption, and vendor billing.
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective school bus management, route planning, and compliance with RTO and safety regulations.

Education: Graduate in any discipline; diploma in logistics/transport management preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in school transport administration or fleet management (preferably in CBSE/ICSE schools).
