School Trips Sales Executive

A well reputed entertainment company is looking for an energetic and organized School Trips Sales Executive to manage and grow our school and educational group bookings. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with schools, promote our activity programs, and coordinate memorable school trip experiences from inquiry to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and build relationships with schools, nurseries, and educational institutions
  • Promote our school trip packages and group offers
  • Handle inquiries, quotations, and bookings for school trips
  • Coordinate schedules, group sizes, and special requirements with operations teams
  • Follow up with schools to confirm details and ensure smooth trip execution
  • Achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic (must) & English
  • Fresh graduate
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or school/group coordination preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple bookings
  • Comfortable dealing with schools, teachers, and administrators
  • Basic computer skills
