Description:
We are a small family business that designs and builds Montessori-inspired children’s furniture. We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to help us become a registered vendor with local schools and school districts.

The main task will be completing and submitting vendor registration paperwork for multiple districts. Some may be straightforward online forms, while others may require downloading and submitting documents.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify vendor registration requirements for selected school districts.
• Complete and submit all necessary applications accurately and on time.
• Communicate with district offices if additional information or clarification is needed.
• Track progress of submissions and provide updates.

Requirements:

• Experience with administrative or vendor registration tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Professional communication skills.
• Familiarity with education/school administration is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

• Flat rate of $50–$75 per completed vendor registration (depending on complexity).
