K–5 Literacy Tutor (Science of Reading Certified) – Virtual Summer Program

EduRaptor is a K–12 online tutoring platform built by experienced educators, delivering high-impact, research-based instruction to students nationwide.

We are currently seeking highly qualified K–5 Literacy tutors for our virtual summer tutoring program. This role is ideal for educators with a strong foundation in the Science of Reading and experience supporting students with foundational literacy needs.

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• Indiana State Certified Teacher (Elementary and/or Middle School)
• Minimum of 2 years of classroom teaching experience
• Completion of Science of Reading certification through Indiana Learning Lab
• Holds (or eligible for) Early Literacy Endorsement
• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willing to undergo a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with virtual instruction
• Experience supporting struggling readers (Tier 2/3 intervention)
• Familiarity with structured literacy practices and data-driven instruction

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
