Role Summary
The Science Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and curriculum-aligned science instruction to students in middle and/or secondary grades. The role demands a strong grasp of scientific concepts, effective classroom management, and the ability to inspire curiosity and critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Teach science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) as per CBSE guidelines for assigned grades.
- Lesson Planning: Design and implement lesson plans that align with the CBSE syllabus and promote inquiry-based learning.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Prepare and evaluate student assessments, maintain academic records, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Lab Activities: Conduct practical sessions and ensure safety protocols in the science laboratory.
- Student Engagement: Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and scientific exploration.
- Parent Communication: Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate student progress effectively.
- Professional Development: Stay updated with CBSE curriculum changes and participate in training programs and workshops.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc./M.Sc.) with specialization in Physics, Chemistry, or Biology.
- Prior teaching experience in CBSE schools preferred (1–3 years minimum).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong subject knowledge and pedagogical skills.
- Excellent communication and classroom management.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and blended learning.
- Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
- Passion for science and student development.
Working Hours
- As per school schedule (typically 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, one Saturday will be holiday).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
