Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement structured lesson plans as per the school curriculum.
• Deliver lessons in an engaging and comprehensive manner using visual and audio teaching aids.
• Provide individualized attention and promote interactive learning in the classroom.
• Prepare and distribute study materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate and record students’ academic progress, providing regular feedback.
• Maintain discipline and ensure a clean, organized classroom environment.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and parents to support student development.
• Plan and conduct co-curricular, in-class, and outdoor educational activities.
• Monitor students’ behavior and well-being; report any concerns appropriately.
• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, seminars, and workshops for professional growth.

Eligibility Criteria

• Proven experience as a Teacher (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of teaching methodologies and educational guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized, creative, energetic, and student-focused.
• Strong moral values and professional discipline.
• Degree in Education or relevant subject specialization.
• Mandatory Qualification: B.Ed / D.El.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
