Position Details:

Location: Mercyhurst University, Erie, PA

Schedule: 10 Saturday sessions from November 8th to April 25th 8:30am to 3:30pm

Type: Part-Time

What You’ll Do:

· Teach engaging lessons in Earth Science, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics

· Develop and implement a basic science curriculum tailored to high school learners

· Assess student performance and provide targeted support to strengthen weak areas

· Administer tests, prepare assignments, and evaluate student needs

· Motivate and connect with students from diverse backgrounds

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education

· Valid 7th–12th grade certification in any science discipline

· Experience with middle and high school science curriculum

· Passion for education and a commitment to student success
