About the Role:
We are seeking a Scientific Literature Analyst to join our scientific team.
This is not a wet-lab role. You will conduct rigorous systematic literature reviews and map complex clinical data to standardized medical terminologies. You will serve as the critical link, translating scientific and regulatory guidelines into a structured, high-quality data foundation for our research team.
Structure of the Role:
- Phase 1 (Month 0-6): You will join as a Trainee Research Analyst on a fixed stipend.
- Phase 2 (Month 7+): Upon successful performance review, you will be converted to a Full-Time Analyst with a revised salary package and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Literature Review & Curation: Extract, verify, and structure complex scientific data from clinical study reports and databases (e.g., PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov).
- Regulatory Intelligence: Analyze global regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA, ICH) to support compliance assessments.
- Medical Writing: Collaborate with Clinical Experts to prepare research summaries, dossiers, and evidence packages.
What We Need (Requirements)
- Education: M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Physiology, or a related Life Science field.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Drug Discovery process, Clinical Trials (Phases I-IV), and biological pathways.
- Research Skills: Demonstrated ability to read, synthesize, and summarize complex scientific papers into clear, concise reports.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is mandatory.
