ARRO Consulting is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Scientist I to support our environmental engineering projects. This entry-level role involves fieldwork, data collection, report preparation, and assisting project teams with research and technical documentation. - Field Work & Sampling: Assist with collecting water, soil, and waste samples, conducting site investigations, and documenting field observations such as well drilling logs and soil profiles.
- Research & Data Analysis: Perform basic information collection, research, and statistical analysis of laboratory results under the direction of senior staff.
- Report Preparation & Permitting: Assist with preparing technical reports, specifications, and permit applications by gathering and formatting information.
- Project Documentation: Maintain accurate records, correspondence, and project files to support compliance and project delivery.
- Collaboration & Client Support: Work as part of a project team, supporting project managers and scientists while maintaining strong client relations.
- Regulatory Coordination: Participate in communications with regulatory agencies and assist with client meetings as directed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Knowledge of basic scientific principles in your area of study
- Membership in a professional or trade organization preferred
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
This position requires daily presence in the Lititz Office. Remote work may occasionally be permitted under special circumstances, with prior supervisor approval.
