- Sample Analysis: Perform qualitative & quantitative analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using techniques like HPLC, GC, LC-MS, and spectroscopy.
- Method Development & Validation: Assist in creating, validating, and implementing new analytical methods as per regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH).
- Instrumentation: Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment (HPLC, GC, balances, etc.).
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records, review data, prepare reports, and draft SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), cGMP, and quality standards (NABL/ISO).
- Collaboration: Work with R&D, QC, and other teams; liaise with suppliers/customers.
- Troubleshooting: Provide support for analytical issues and resolve technical challenges.
- Education: Master degree in Chemistry or a related science.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV-Vis) and software.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork.
- Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory requirements (FDA, ICH) and quality systems.
