Job Description:

To ensure the timely and efficient flow of orders, from initiation to delivery, by coordinating various departments, vendors and resolving any issues that may arise.

• Coordinating Communication: Expeditors facilitate communication between different departments and stakeholders (Client and Vendors)
• Order Tracking and Monitoring: They monitor the status and progress of orders, ensuring they are on track and adhering to timelines.
• Quality Control: Expeditors ensure the quality and accuracy of products or services before delivery.
• Problem Solving: They identify and resolve any issues or delays that may occur during the order fulfillment process.
• Inventory Management: In some cases, expeditors may also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that necessary materials are available.
• Schedule Management: They may assist with scheduling and prioritizing tasks or shipments to optimize efficiency.
• Reporting: Generate reports on order status, potential delays, and other relevant metrics.
