Role Overview
As an SCM Consultant, you will design, configure, and implement Oracle SCM Cloud solutions (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics) to optimize clients’ end‑to‑end supply chains. You will work as part of cross‑functional teams on high‑impact digital‑transformation projects across GCC and India.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for supply chain processes (P2P, O2C, inventory, planning, manufacturing, logistics).
- Configure Oracle SCM Cloud modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics) to match client processes.
- Conduct fit‑gap analysis, propose solution designs, and document functional specifications and process flows
- Lead or support testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and support cutover and post‑go‑live stabilization
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and client teams on SCM processes and system usage.
- Collaborate with technical consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
- Stay updated on Oracle SCM Cloud enhancements and best practices to bring innovative, value‑added solutions to clients.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, or related field; MBA with SCM focus is a plus.
- 3–6 years of experience in supply chain consulting or implementation, preferably with Oracle SCM Cloud or Oracle E‑Business Suite SCM modules.
- Hands‑on experience in at least two of: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Planning, Manufacturing, or Logistics.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes (demand planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing).
- Good communication, client‑facing, and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to present complex concepts clearly.
- Willingness to travel to client sites in GCC and India as required.

Pay: ₹2,019,551.60 - ₹2,590,782.89 per year
