Job Overview:
Scouts de Andalucia LLC (Branch) is seeking a passionate and organized Scout Program Coordinator to develop, manage, and oversee youth scouting programs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging activities that promote leadership, teamwork, and personal development among participants, while ensuring alignment with the organization’s values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and implement scouting programs, events, and outdoor activities
• Supervise and support scout leaders, volunteers, and participants
• Develop program schedules, training materials, and activity guidelines
• Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and organizational policies
• Manage logistics for camps, workshops, and community events
• Maintain records of participation, progress, and program outcomes
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for youth development
• Coordinate with parents, community partners, and stakeholders
• Promote the scouting program through outreach and engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Youth Development, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in youth programs, scouting, or community coordination
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple activities and events simultaneously
• Passion for youth development, outdoor education, and community service

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience with scouting organizations or similar groups
• First aid and safety certification
• Experience in event planning and volunteer management
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage
