职位名称：采购专员（10名）/ 采购经理（5名）—— 金属回收行业
Position Title: Purchasing Specialist (10 openings) / Purchasing Manager (5 openings) — Metal Recycling Industry

备注：采购经理职位另享有专项激励政策。
Note: The Purchasing Manager position is eligible for additional specialized incentive schemes.

薪资待遇 / Compensation & Benefits

月薪：5,000 - 15,000 美元 + 绩效提成（具体面议，依据个人经验与能力综合评定）
Monthly Salary: USD 5,000 - 15,000 + Performance Bonus (Negotiable, based on comprehensive evaluation of experience and capability)

任职要求 / Qualifications

学历：本科及以上
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above

经验：1年以上相关行业工作经验
Experience: Over 1 year of relevant industry experience

岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities

• 执行公司采购战略与计划，直接支持业务目标达成，推动利润增长。

Execute company procurement strategies and plans, directly supporting the achievement of business objectives and driving profit growth.

• 与各类供应渠道（包括工业客户、废料经销商、轻工企业、维修厂、拆迁项目等）建立并维护长期稳定的合作关系。

Establish and maintain long-term, stable cooperative relationships with various supply channels, including industrial clients, scrap dealers, light industrial enterprises, repair shops, demolition projects, etc.

• 积极开拓与评估新供应商资源，持续保障原材料供应的稳定与可靠。

Proactively explore and evaluate new supplier resources to ensure consistent stability and reliability of raw material supply.

• 负责采购商务谈判，并协调管理从采购执行到物流安排的全流程（具备出口操作经验者优先）。

Be responsible for commercial procurement negotiations and coordinate end-to-end operations from purchase execution to logistics arrangements (experience in export operations is preferred).

职位要求 / Job Requirements

• 本科及以上学历。

Bachelor’s degree or above.

• 具备扎实的采购专业知识，优秀的客户开发与长期关系维护能力。

Solid procurement expertise, and excellent client development and long-term relationship management skills.

• 能在快节奏环境中高效处理多任务，拥有出色的时间管理与组织协调能力。

Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with outstanding time management and organizational coordination skills.

• 具备专业的电话沟通技巧，熟练使用各类常用办公软件。

Professional telephone communication skills and proficiency in common office software.

• 中文（普通话）与英语流利，口语及书面表达清晰准确。

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, with clear and accurate verbal and written communication skills.
