Screen Print Machine Operator

Job Overview
Shadows Custom Apparel is hiring a full-time Screen Printer. We’re seeking a motivated, team-oriented individual to join our screen printing department. Responsibilities include printing on shirts, preparing screens, and setting up jobs for production.

Responsibilities

• Operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints
• Prepare screens, mix inks, and set up printing press for each job
• Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed to ensure accurate and consistent results
• Maintain equipment by cleaning, and performing routine maintenance tasks
• Follow production schedules and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Previous screen printing experience is a big plus.
• This is full-time so we do not cut back your hours in slower seasons but we will have you assist in other areas if needed.

Your Attributes

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or over
• Team player with a great attitude
• Strong attention to details
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently and meet timelines
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina (standing for long periods, lifting materials)
• Background check, required
• MUST be punctual and reliable and have a strong work ethic

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
