Screen Print Screen Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Screen Print Screen Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, operating, and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. Your expertise in color management, graphic design, and prepress processes will ensure vibrant, accurate prints that meet our quality standards. Responsibilities

• Reclaiming Screens for printing in the screenroom operating the Dane Screen washing equipment
• Remeshing Screens
• Burning Screens for all print jobs
• Manage color matching and color management techniques to achieve accurate and vibrant results
• Perform quality control checks throughout the printing process to identify and correct defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting, and performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with design and production teams to interpret print specifications and meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience in screen printing techniques within a manufacturing or print shop environment
• Strong knowledge of prepress processes, color management, and layout design principles
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for preparing print files
• Familiarity with flexo presses, CNC machinery, machining, or other manufacturing equipment is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards
• Basic understanding of typography and print advertising concepts
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks as needed
• Print experience required

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
