Screen Printing Assistant (Production Team)

At ReSourceUSA, we are a contract-only screen printing and fulfillment partner, meaning we work behind the scenes to help our clients scale their businesses. No retail chaos. No walk-ins. Just clean, consistent production.

We’re looking for a Screen Printing Assistant to support our production team and help keep jobs moving efficiently from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting press operators during production runs
• Loading and unloading garments onto presses
• Catching, stacking, and organizing printed items
• Performing quality checks (we don’t let bad prints leave the building)
• Cleaning screens, equipment, and work areas
• Supporting team workflow to keep production on schedule

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable (this is non-negotiable)
• Fast-paced and able to stay on your feet
• Detail-oriented (small mistakes = big problems in production)
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Bonus Points If You:

• Have worked in production, warehouse, or manufacturing
• Have any screen printing experience (not required)

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday (10-hour shifts)
Occasional overtime based on production needs
