Screen Printing Production Engineer

Job Description

A global manufacturer of high-performance motorsport equipment isseeking a Screen Printing Production Engineer to support decal and print production, ensuring screen-printing runs correctly, consistently, and efficiently .

You Will

• Monitor and control printing processes
• Identify and solve printing problems (alignment, adhesion, quality)
• Ensure work follows the correct process and standards
• Work with Design, Painting, and Assembly teams
• Support daily production planning
• Guide a team of 810 operators
• Reduce defects, rework, and waste
• Manage stock movements in NetSuite
• Follow safety (HSE) rules
  
  

Production Environment

• High volume: thousands of decals each week
• Mix of short runs and repeat orders
• Uses screen printing and digital printing
• Colour matching is manual (supported by a colour specialist)
  
  

Qualifications

What You Need:

• Experience in screen printing or industrial printing
• Strong ability to find problems and fix them
• Experience in production environments with quality standards
• Good communication skills (English required)
• Careful, detail-focused, and reliable
  
  

Good Backgrounds

• Decals/stickers/labels
• Automotive or industrial printing
• Helmet or equipment branding
• Packaging printing
  
  

This role is best suited to a strong technician ready to step up or a production engineer with printing experience.
