We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scribe and Office Manager. Duties
- Transcribe medical encounters accurately in real-time or from recordings, ensuring clarity and completeness of documentation
- Manage medical records by organizing, updating, and maintaining patient files in compliance with privacy regulations
- Utilize eCllinical Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to input, retrieve, and manage patient data efficiently
- Support physicians and healthcare staff by preparing charts, scheduling appointments, and coordinating office activities
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and emergency procedures to enhance documentation quality
- Assist in the onboarding of new staff members by organizing training materials and office supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized office environment that supports productivity and professional standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical office settings or as a medical scribe with familiarity in EMR/EHR systems
- Strong transcription skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and emergency room procedures
- Experience with medical documentation standards and record-keeping practices
- Proficiency in typing with a high level of speed and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience working with EMR/EHR systems is highly preferred
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism
- International Medical Graduates preferred
